Australian College of Nursing was established on 1 July 2012 as a result of the unification of the Royal College of Nursing, Australia and The College of Nursing to provide a single, focussed voice for the nursing profession within Australia.

Australian College of Nursing is the official Australian Member of the International Council of Nursing (ICN) and proud to be hosting the ICN 25th Quadrennial Congress in Melbourne, 18-23 May 2013. By joining ACN you will be eligible for ICN member rates which will save you $200 to $310 on registration fees!

When you refer a colleague to ACN and your colleague joins as a member, both you and your colleague will receive 1 month free membership.
How will this work? It is simple: ask your colleague to enter your membership number on their online or printed application form. The Membership department will then arrange your free month. 
There is no limit to how many colleagues or friends you can refer to ACN. The more contacts in your network join as a member the more complimentary months you will receive.
